Advisory Work Has Long Been Part of the Professional Role

The current direction builds seamlessly on earlier roles with significant responsibility, including positions in executive and board-level assistance, work for Rotary, assignments for operational committees and delegates, and tasks embedded within leadership and decision-making structures.In these positions, confidential assessments, analytical preparation, perception and impact competence, and strategic support were natural parts of the role.


Why the Previous Services Were Discontinued

With the rise of generative AI, traditional text and training offerings have changed fundamentally. Many activities that once required specialised human expertise are now carried out directly with the help of AI systems.We now focus our work on areas where human judgement, analytical depth and independent assessment remain indispensable — particularly for individuals who carry responsibility and require clarity.


Secure Communication

For our current work, we use only secure communication channels such as Threema and ProtonMail.Services like WhatsApp or other open platforms are deliberately not used, as they are not compatible with the level of confidentiality required.

Manuela Frenzel’s current work is available on two clearly separated websites:

  • manuelafrenzel.com – Independent advisory services, confidential second opinions and decision support for leaders and decision-makers, including on artificial intelligence and prompt competence.
  • manuelafrenzel.ch – Analytical texts and in-depth insights on AI, perception and digital systems.


Sector Suitability and Working Principles

Manuela Frenzel’s reorientation is aimed at individuals in positions of responsibility whose topics require discretion, analytical depth and sound judgement.At the same time, she is aware that this form of independent advisory work is not suitable for all industries or types of assignments, particularly in areas where security-sensitive environments have specific regulatory or internal requirements.She works exclusively within a clearly defined framework and within what can be carried out responsibly and confidentially.


No Coaching Services

The new offering does not include coaching formats.

Manuela Frenzel understands her role as an independent advisor: providing precise analysis, confidential assessments and clear decision support — without the methods, models or objectives of coaching approaches.
