Manuela Frenzel founded her company in 2020 with her own resources, coinciding with the onset of the global pandemic. The early phase of the business was shaped by worldwide isolation, limited external contact and an overall cautious digital environment.
Shortly afterwards, generative artificial intelligence entered the mainstream and began to reshape industries and business models at high speed. In response, Manuela completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Digital Publishing with a specialisation in AI Writing and AI Prompting at HWZ Zurich, an intensive programme designed not only to teach application, but to provide a deep technical and conceptual understanding of generative AI.
After graduating, she explored automation solutions for solo entrepreneurs. As regulatory requirements and significant penalties were introduced, larger organisations increasingly moved away from collaborating with individuals and began working almost exclusively with multi-person agencies. Direct collaboration between solo entrepreneurs also became more challenging, as many were themselves affected by the economic pressures triggered by technological change.
With her background in generative AI, university-level specialisation in Digital Publishing and AI Prompting, and extensive practical experience in professional AI communities, Manuela brings a grounded, informed and independent perspective.
One that extends far beyond technology and strengthens her advisory work in all dimensions.
